Polycarbonate Cleaner

It’s important to keep your polycarbonate visors clean and free from cutting fluids and coolant where possible as this can lead to degrading the polycarbonate.

 

This isn’t always possible on machines that use a lot of coolant which is where our cleaner comes in.

 

Visors should be cleaned after every use leaving them clean and dry to prolong its operational life.

 

All vizors should be entered into a 3yr Replacement Cycle.

 

All vizors should be inspected regularly for deterioration or damage and should be replaced immediately to avoid possible failure.
