Heavy Radial Drilling Machines

The only fixing point is the quill and on many makes this retracts completely into the gear box head. To provide a fixing area on these types it is necessary to drill and tap the side of the quill in two places approximately 25mm from the end and fit two cap headed screws to prevent the quill retracting fully.
